Cocoon Property was established by Dominic Arnold in 1999 in Brighton, following a successful career as a property developer, where he worked both as project and site manager.
It is this wealth of experience that Dominic calls upon when working on his clients’ property, and it gives him an innate understanding of what they want to achieve.

January 2012 marks cocoon’s involvement in Home Farm Life: a sustainable living centre designed to educate people about climate change, demonstrating environmentally friendly techniques in house building, energy efficiency and low carbon goals.
Cocoon continues to help residents achieve better air quality at home by providing heat recovery products as demonstrated at the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Brighton 2011 where Green MP Caroline Lucas gave a talk on ‘Greening your Business’. We support her stance on energy saving and are proud to be associated with the CIH.
