Condensation and Mould growth solutions

We offer vast experience with all types of decoration, and pride ourselves on our meticulous preparation and high quality finish. And as some members of the team are licensed for working at height on ‘cherry pickers’ no decoration job is too difficult or inaccessible.

Providing yet another opportunity to maximise the space in your home, Cocoon has a team of skilled carpenters who can transform seemingly impractical alcoves into stylish, useful cupboards and shelving. Prices start from £360 unpainted.

Property maintenance

We act for residents’ associations covering over 200 properties in Sussex and have performed all aspects of maintenance to people’s homes. We can act quickly and have yet to be stumped by any property problem.

Full house Refurbishment

Cocoon has been involved with many full-house refurbishments. Particularly specialising in Victorian property we have a wealth of experience in retaining classic period features and combining them with contemporary practical living.

There are numerous things we can do, such as renovating fireplaces, re-installing plaster cornices, installing central heating and refurbishing sash windows, to ensure that a house built more than a hundred years ago is just as warm and comfortable as a modern home and as beautiful as the day it was built.

Garden landscaping and decking

Once you’ve completed works to the inside of your home why not make a start on the garden? Cocoon Property can transform any outside space into a more beautiful and practical area. We are all too aware that water ingress in your home can be very stressful and is often difficult to diagnose. With years of experience in this field Cocoon can offer genuine solutions to leaking roofs, corroded soakers, blown render and crumbling fire walls.

Property Search Service

Having been involved with the preparation of many properties for client coming from out of Brighton we are very well placed to source properties not necessarily on the market.

Brighton is full of period property in need of refurbishment and we get to hear about these properties often before local estate agents do. Buying a property privately has many advantages including saving the vendor huge costs in agents’ commission, a saving that can reduce the market value of the house in question.

Should Cocoon be able to source you a property in need of works we’d help with the purchase, using our tried and tested local surveyors and conveyancing solicitors ensuring your costs are kept to a minimum.
